He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Harrod and Sandy Harrod; his aunt Ginna Inman; his uncle Dwain Yothers; and his pets, Phoenix and Loki.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Thomas Harrod; his siblings, Jeannine Brinkley (Ed), Christine Harrod and James Harrod (Maureen); his siblings' children, Kalla (Hannah Brinkley), Amanda Perry (Chad), Stephanie (Morgan Harrod) and Tanner Cooper; his brother-in-law Jason Eckles (Valerie); his nephews, Trevor and Andrew; his father-in-law Larry Thomas; his cousins, Susan Swanson (Mark) and Jason Foltz; his aunt Judy Yothers (Jaunita); and his children, Aries, Augustus "Auggie", Jupiter and Abner.
