He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer C. Saltzman and Minnie A. Saltzman; his children, Deborah Smith (Rory) of Bethel Park, Michael Cue (Peggy) of Lake Worth, FL, Loreen Sink (Keith) of Broadlands, VA, Donna Lieberman (Carl) of Upper St and Brian Saltzman of Bethel Park; and his sibling's children, Gary Saltzman, David Saltzman (Janice), Doug Saltzman (Jill) and Judy Kenny (Joe).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Faith Lutheran Church (80 Bartley Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241), or the Pittsburgh Food Bank.
