He was predeceased by: his sibling Mary Grace Lunz; and his parent Peter Sebastian. He is survived by: his spouse Arlene Sebastian (Vislosky); his children, Leann Sebastian, Lisa Britton (Bill), Janice Thomas (Michael), Dina Valant (Greg), Donald D. Sebastian (Alexis) and Steven Sebastian (Kelly); his grandchildren, Deanna, Christina, Gary, Christopher, Alexa, Zachary, Justin, Taylor, Owen, Gennaro, Kerrigan, Ellie, Liam, Pierce, Aidan and Alastair; his great grandchildren, Katelynn, Cameron, Elijah, Hanna, Sabrina, Dominic, Michael, Ryan and Everly; and his parent Marie Sebastian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Don's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
