She was predeceased by: her husband Earnest S. Urbatis; her parents, Norman Weismann and Helen Weismann (Shook); her brother Richard; and her brother-in-law Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Wuenstel (Michael), Gary Urbatis and Diane Momeyer (Jack); her grandchildren, Michelle Rivenbark (Zach), Becky Wuenstel (Chris Greene), Brian Wuenstel, Kinsey and Jaxson Momeyer; her great grandchild Jemma Rivenbark; her siblings, Norman Weismann, Jr. (late Lois), Theresa Jancay (late Paul), Edward Weismann (Judy) and William; and her sisters-in-law, Lillian Blumling (late Hank) and Mary Urbatis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
