She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Churchfield and Anna Catherine Churchfield; and her siblings, George "Sonny" Churchfield and Sarah Ernestine McIntosh. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Calderwood (Robert) of Holidaysburg and Melissa Wolfslayer (Daniel) of Wexford; her grandchildren, Bret Calderwood (Kimberly), Ryan Wolfslayer and Jordan Wolfslayer; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Noah and Madilyn Calderwood; and her siblings, Hazel Kunkle (Lisle) of Indiana and Donald Churchfield of Pittsburgh.
