He was predeceased by: his brother John M. Cook; and his parents, John and Theresa. He is survived by: his siblings, Colleen Scott (Keith Turner), Jackee Cook and Sandra Cook; his siblings' children, Charnea, Ashley, Chanice, Clarence, Latosha, Autumn and Douglas; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shrika, Ma'liyah, Jaz, Eddie, Jayden and Amara. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
