He is survived by: his wife Susan Schein Austin; his sons, Christopher Austin (Paige) of Louisville, Robert (Jennifer) of Apex, Macey, Mallory, Maggie and Elizabeth; and his brothers, James Austin of Burlington, VT and Paul Austin of Essex Junction, VT. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
