She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burich and Barbara Burich; her husband Bernard; her former husband Benno Hamburg of Wonewoc; and her son Douglas Hoffmann.
She is survived by: her children, David and Barbara; her daughter-in-law Margery Hoffmann of Suwannee, GA.; her grandchildren, Vincent Hoffmann, Amanda Hoffmann, Emily Hoffmann Capodarco (Joshua), Lauren Kreutzer (Craig) and Christopher Flowers; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella Noelle and Bernard Paul Kreutzer.
