We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2021, at the age of 95, Ellen Coulter of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank O. Richards and Myrtle Richards (Sproul); her husband John William "Bill" Coulter Jr.; and her siblings, Gladys Barker Young, Norma Price, Clifford Richards, Pete Richards and Dorothy Giatroudakis.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee Mitchell (Joseph) of Pittsburgh and John W. Coulter III (Kathleen) of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Dawntee "DJ" Williams, James Blankenship (Rachel) and Bryan Coulter (Aarica); her great grandchildren, Austin Blankenship, Madison Blankenship, McKenna Coulter and Grayson Coulter; and her brothers, Edwin Richards (Carlene) of Port Vue and Frank Richards of White Oak.
