He was predeceased by: his wife Virigina Florence Eyerman (Bobak); his parents, Josepha and Emil Sr.; and his siblings, Jack, Laverne and Mary Ann.

He is survived by: his children, Mark, LuAnn Holt (Mitchell), Christopher (Kate) and Gregory; and his grandchildren, Brady, Ana, Meg and Grant.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrance to Covenant House, or St. Luke the Evangelist Parish.
