He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Kazmierczak (Harberth); his children, Andrea and Brandon Kazmierczak; his mother Janella Kazmierczak; his siblings, Christian Kazmierczak (Tania), Bruce Kazmierczak (Darla) and Karen Kazmierczak-Delach (Tony Ray Crayton); his siblings' children, Connor, Adam Kazmierczak, Jessica Kerry, Cole and Kayleigh Kazmierczak; and his pet Addison.
