She was predeceased by: her parents, Okel Harris and Zora Holley Harris; her husband Gene Dunaway; her former husband Bob Adkins; her sisters, Mary Marie McGurren Gill, Virginia Mae Martin and Valerie Kay Cunningham; and her nephew Ronald Harris Ann Hoyt.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Linda Spoonmore, Mary Jane Dickey, Nancy Deyarmon, Debra Duprey and James McGurren.
