She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron Mallinger; and her sister Eleanor Slone Wald. She is survived by: her children, Stuart Mallinger (Carin Chmielniak) and Sharon Zarkin (Sanford); and her brother Alvin Holzer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
