He is survived by: his children, Robert Gilbert (Colleen) and Beverly Varassi (Raymond); his grandchildren, Theresa Boylan (Dan), Robert J. Gilbert, Melanie and Christopher Varassi; and his siblings, Opal Francisco, Helen Mostowy, Lloyd, Gene and Dick Gilbert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
