She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Pavilaitis and Anna Pavilaitis; and her brother Albert Pavilaitis. She is survived by: her children, Michele Frederick (David), Lois Krawczyk (Stephen), Donna Crooks (Adelbert), James Veltum (Melissa) and Catherine Iwaskewycz (late Brian); her grandchildren, Angela Smale, Amanda Veltum, Anna Crooks, Erin Crooks, John Veltum, Henry Veltum, Cameron Iwaskewycz, Scott Iwaskewycz and Joshua James; and her sisters, Teresa Grimm and Marian Kautzman. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
