He was predeceased by: his brother Fred Toles. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Meixner; his children, Frank Tirio, Jr. and Anyse Spang (Christopher); his grandchildren, Zachary Harris, Hayley Tirio, Nicholas and Hillary Spang; and his siblings, Ronald Tirio (Colleen), Barbara Simms, Joe Caffardo (Cindy) and Anthony Caffardo (Donna).
