He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Mastandrea and Rose Mastandrea; his siblings, Angelina Mastandrea, Helen Doria, Dr. Carl Mastandrea and Antoinette Lacek; and his son Anthony Mastandrea.
He is survived by: his spouse Gracetta Mastandrea (Ferito); his children, Grace Klein (George), Frank D. Mastandrea and Chris Mastandrea (Linda); and his great grandchildren, Liam Coll, Sophia Klein, Karina Coll, Patrick Klein and Dominic Coholic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends.
