He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mealy Fryer and Marian McConnell Fryer; and his sister Mary Alice Fryer Schneider. He is survived by: his nephews, Mark Schneider (Nancy) of Hickory, NC and Paul Schneider (Laurie) of Lexington, NC.
