He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Mary Jane Cook; and his siblings, Herman, Andrew, Joey, Jack, Sherman Cook, Dorothy Coles, Mary Lawson, Anita Cook, Ruby Crowley, Ruth Stamper and Addie Witiner.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Cook; his children, Mark Cook, Rhonda Aikor, Cheryl Kinds and Michelle McDonald; his brothers, Robert Cook, Robert Fears, Hosie Cook, Elton Cook and Williams Cook; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Cook, Leola Cook, Liz Hill, Lil Hendricks, Beatrice Saunders, Ruth Jones, Norma Dothard, Carol Huff, Beverly Saverly, Joanne Dothard, Sabreen Aquil, Karen Dothard, Anna Scott, Amon Dothard, Walter Dothard, Abbos Aquill, Bruce Saverly and Michael Scott; and also, George, Dava Cook, Marquita Abbott and Pam Abbott. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; three special nieces.
