He was predeceased by: his parents, Themelis Triantafillos and Sevasti Triantafillos (Christofi); his brother Mikee'; and his sister-in-law Maria Triantafillos. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Themelis, Laura Triantafillos of Pittsburgh, Anna Koulianos of Youngstown Ohio and Despina Triantafillos of Youngstown Ohio; his grandchildren, Charles, Joey Koulianos of Canfield Ohio and George Koulianos of Campbell Ohio; his great grandchild Markella Sophia Koulianos; his brother Vasili Triantafillos of Kalymnos Greece; and his brother-in-law Panteli Trikilis.
