He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Mihalich and Kathryn Yursich Mihalich; and his brother Leonard A. Mihalich. He is survived by: his children, Leonard A. (Janice) of Ruffs Dale, Gil (Joanne) of Bentleyville and Gail Lever (Brian) of Princeton, Massachusetts.; and his wife Pauline. He is also survived by two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Do to the COVID 19 Pandemic the Judges family has decided to have private visitation and funeral services to help ensure the health and safety of his many friends and associates.
