She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Shulman; and her parents, William Gusky and Rose Kaufman Gusky. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Shulman Lapson (Beril), Russell Shulman (Agnes) and Jay Shulman (Karen); and her grandchildren, Gideon Lapson (Delilah), Michael Lapson (Tatyana), Dr. Joshua Shulman (Melissa Geiger), Benjamin Shulman (Elizabeth), Jordan Shulman, Noah Shulman and Ethan Shulman. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
