It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Madalene (Allison) Higgins of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton C. Allison and Madeline Allison McCrohan; and her husband Edward I. Higgins of Girard. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Higgins Hewitt (James) of Holly Springs; and her grandchildren, Christopher Hewitt of Philadelphia, PA and Caroline Hewitt (Apex). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
