He is survived by: his children, Amy O'Toole McCarthy, Heidi O'Toole, Brad Smith, Jasmine and Angelique; and his siblings, Raymond O'Toole, Jack O'Toole, Marylou O'Toole and Dorothy Reiss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
