He was predeceased by: his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Tucker (Chappell); his children, Lemuel and Taonda "Penny" Tucker; and his siblings, Lavalle Tucker, Bernarr Tucker (Crystal), Marion Rixey, Richard and Dwight. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
