He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips Slaterback; his son Kenneth Slaterback of San Diego, CA; and his siblings, David, Gerard Slaterback of Pittsburgh, PA and Mary Ann Charf of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
