He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Katrinka Frazier, John Frazier, Jamie Frazier and Horace Ricardo Scott II; and his siblings, Pamela, Julia, Edward, Duane and Kafala. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a host of loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
