He was predeceased by: his father Howard Van Supples. He is survived by: his mother Arnetta Mae Supples (Silver Spring, MD); his children, Leon Grinage, Vernee Brock and Howard Supples III; and his sisters, Dorine Supples of Alexandria, VA, Denise Supples of Richmond, VA and Renee Supples of Coraopolis, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
