It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Kavoulakis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kavoulakis and Maria Beredakis Kavoulakis; and her siblings, Michael, Alexander Kavoulakis and Thespe Psihountas.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Maria Kavoulakis of Mt. Lebanon; her sibling's children, Marika, Helen, John, Thespine, Alexandra, Libby, Sophia, Jessica and Joanne; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Elissa, Nina Maria and Alex.
