She was predeceased by: her spouse Harry L. Kubiak; her child Nancy Schram (Terry); her sibling Nick; and her grandchild Sean Kubiak. She is survived by: her children, Linda Turcic (John), Thomas Kubiak (Susan) and Michael Kubiak; her siblings, Joey, Stanley Prusinowski, Nellie Switala, Pearl Fallert, Millie Radzanowski and Gertrude Fajerski; her grandchildren, Adam, Brad, Aaron, Steven, Michelle, Alec and Tara; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Penelope and Leo Walker.
