She is survived by: her sons, Richard Kuba (late Judith) and David Kuba (Laurie Vanselow); her grandchildren, Jennifer Mansour (Moses), Dr. Cassandra Kuba (Anthony Vincequerra), Jaime Kuba (Jesse Mengel) and Zachary Kuba; and her great grandchildren, Evan Kuba and Maximilian "Max" Vincequerra.
