He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Horovitz and Bertha Horovitz (Brown); his wife JoAnne Lang Horovitz; and his siblings, Jerome Horovitz (Jerry) and Lorraine Meyers.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Segal and Ruth Rosenburg; his children, Daniel Horovitz (Cheryl), Bernard Horovitz (Deborah) and Jennifer Horovitz (Hayley Kile); and his grandchildren, Jane, Joseph, Lauren, Melissa and Katie.
