He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Mazzei and Concetta Mazzei (Consentino). He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Mazzei (Miller); his children, Theresa Thomas and Anthony Mazzei (Pam); his grandchildren, Sean (Tracy), Matthew Thomas, Kristin Riding (Taylor), Brittany Thomas and Tyler Mazzei; his great grandchildren, Liliana, Adalyn, Parker and Norah; and his siblings, Louis Mazzei and Frank Mazzei (Carol). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knights of Columbus #14078.
