He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Cassidy; his children, James M. Cassidy, Jr., Donald "Duke" Lodge (Kim) and Nadine Lodge (Terry); his grandchildren, Caressa, Brianna, Emily, Charlie and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Abel and Kaylee.

In lieu of flowers the Cassidy family suggests memorial contributions.
