He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard A. and John W.; and his parents, Richard W. Kearns and Gertrude Kearns (Forney). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mallon Kearns; his son John Mallon Kearns; his siblings, Robert F. Kearns (N. Jean), Thomas H. Kearns (late Bonnie) and Donald C. Kearns (Maureen); his goddaughters, Debbie Kearns Morrow and Michelle Heckel; and his nephews, Robert J. Kearns and Jordan Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
