He is survived by : his wife Amy Frank (Caldwell); his children, Jamie (Dom Lagana), Mindi (Carl Johnson), Becky (Harley German) and Kelley (Nilyufar Makhkambay); his grandchildren, Dominic (Mia), Ariana, Jimmy and Damarius; and his siblings, Anne Fairfield, Patty (Div Smith) and Chuckie Frank. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
