It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. McMahon (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James J. McMahon to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. McMahon and Sue Ellen McMahon (Euwer). He is survived by: his wife Susan R. McMahon (Wolf); and his siblings, Timothy McMahon (late Carmella), Elizabeth Evans (Hal), Patrick McMahon (Eileen), Daniel McMahon (Nancy), John McMahon (Elizabeth) and Mary McMahon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Matthew Parish (19 Wilson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15223).
