He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kotchey and Alice Kotchey (Lynskey); his siblings, Patricia Perry, Jack Kotchey and Candace Kotchey; his niece Racheal Travis; his parents-in-law, Roy and Frances Mayer (Comer); and his siblings-in-law, Roy Mayer and Shirley Mayer Sinclair.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Ruth Kotchey (Mayer); his children, Alison Kotchey (Robert) of Ingram, Jenifer Carter (Marlon) of Hampton and John Kotchey (Michelle) of Lower Burrell; his grandchildren, Scarlet, Christian, Savanah, Ethan, Ryan, Amelia, Samara, Dominic, Cameron and Baby K; his sisters, Lynda Broze (Ron) of Freedom and Janet Capan (David) of West Deer; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Frank of Valencia, Lorraine Denk (Raymond) of Polk, Maura Fitzwilliam (David) of Pittsburgh and Eddie Mayer of Pittsburgh.
We will be following CDC Guidelines and do ask that you wear a mask, social distance and make your visit brief.
