He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Walsh and Agnes Walsh; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his grandchildren, Ally, Brooke, Samantha, Maria Wilkinson, Mary Claire, Michael and Charlie Walsh; and his siblings, Martin, Joe, Betty Bochneak, Tom, Charles, Paul, Eugene and John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be a memorial mass at St. Raphael Church at a future date.
