It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Planitzer III (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Patricia Planitzer, Jr. (Kathleen); and his son Mark Eiler. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Eiler; his grandson John Eiler; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Morgan and Cindy Pisarcik.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
