He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas and Ivy Jean Vanetta; his uncles, Thomas L. Vanetta and David Vanetta; his grandparents, Walt and Sophie Halldin; his uncles, Art "Bugs" Halldin and Gerald "Jud" Halldin; and his aunt Debbie.
He is survived by: his son Alexander Halldin; his parents, Kathleen DeJongh (Edgar) and John A; his siblings, John T. Vukman and Alicia Altman (Kody Altman); his siblings' children, Ryder Altman, Jacob Swalga and Lily Swalga of Shelocta, PA; his uncle Ron Vanetta (Michele); his cousins, Brian and Michael Vanetta of Jeanette, PA; his uncle Walter Halldin (Karen); and his cousin Jesse James Halldin (Kathy Blatt).
