It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Brooks (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Jones and Dolores Jones; her husband Donald James Brooks; and her brother Douglas Jones, III (Bootsie). She is survived by: her children, Donald Brooks, Jr., Kirby Brooks and Kimberly Brooks-Bradshaw; her siblings, Hubert Jones and Laverne Williams; her siblings-in-law, Robert Williams and Rosa Jones; and her grandchildren, Angela Brooks, Nikki Snyder, Eric Brooks, Seauwn Brooks, James Brooks, Ashlee Brooks, Andre Brooks, Damon Brooks, Desmond Brooks, Joslynn Brooks, Josiah Brooks, Aleesia Brooks, Breanna Brooks, Nevaeh Brooks and Kannon Bradshaw. She is also survived by 16 greatgrandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
