He is survived by: his parents, Thomas R. Jacoby and Cheryl M. Jacoby (McCleary); his children, Faith Jacoby and Xavior Barricella; and his siblings, Scott Jacoby (Ashton), Leigh-Ann Jacoby and Bradley Jacoby (Laura). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, due to recent COVID restrictions visitation will be limited to a maximum of 15 people in the building at one time.
