He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Fitzpatrick; his parents, William Fitzpatrick and Sarah Fitzpatrick; his niece Bethann Strom; his great-niece Brandi Strom; his sister Janet Campbell; and his pet Spunky.
He is survived by: his children, Brittany and Jeffrey Jr. (Tracey); his goddaughter Faith Clouse; his grandchildren, Breanna, Austin, Tyler, Bryson, Jessalynn, Braydon and Nevaeh "Baby"; his siblings, Rick Fitzpatrick (Merrilee) and Liz Baldinger (Denny); and his niece Michelle Micky. He is also survived by many other brothers, sisters, friends, and other relatives.
