He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Jean Perko; his stepfather William Perko; and his father Rudolph Ujcic. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer (Monte Cline) of Parker, KS and Julie (Chris Kleinguenther) of Lansdale, PA; his brother Pug Ujcic (Rudolph) of Orlando, FL; and his grandchildren, Jaden, Kelley, Trevor, Rylan, Mallory Cline, Courtney and Scott Kleinguenther.
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you honor Jeff by taking a moment to make someone laugh each day and always driving safely near motorcycles.
