He is survived by: his parents, Edward Siwicki and Linda Headley Siwicki; his children, Kaylee Siwicki and Jeremy T Siwicki Jr.; his siblings, David A. Headley (Tracy), Jon A. Siwicki (Lala), Ellie Jo Siwicki and Cody Siwicki; his father-in-law Ross V. Nicotero II; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Headley, Savannah Siwicki, Sam Andolina, Sarah Catania, Dominique Dalkos, Vinnie Nicotero and Julian Nicotero.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home (460 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
