He is survived by: his wife Susan Kantorczyk; his children, Cheryl George (Jack), Nancy Mayo (Michael) and Jerry Kantorczyk (Pam); his grandchildren, Blake George, Kayla, Amanda Mayo, Tyler Kantorczyk (Caroline), Nicholas and Justin Kantorczyk; and his great grandchild Tyler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
