He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Konrad Gallagher; his children, William Gallagher (Karen) and Lynn Chapman; his grandchildren, James Chapman, Heather Gallagher, Tina Chapman, Dale Labby, Jr., Christopher Gallagher and Kylee Gallagher; and his brothers, Larry Gallagher and William Gallagher. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
