We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 85, Jerome Schmitt of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerome Schmitt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Henry and Margaret Mary Schmitt; his sister Marge Thomas (Robert); and his nephew Gary Coyne. He is survived by: his wife Joan Patricia "Pat" Schmitt; his children, Jerry Schmitt (Paula), Sandy Schmitt, Ron Schmitt, Judy McCoy (Bruce), Sara McCoy and Matt Schmitt; his brother John "Jack" Coyne; his sibling's children, Bea Coyne and John Coyne (Terri); and his great-nephew Jeff Coyne.
Friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation and Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00pm. (while adhering to State COVID mandate of Masks and Social Distancing).
If desired, memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
