He was predeceased by: his spouse Jackie (Nowak); and his parent John A.. He is survived by: his children, Shannie Smith (Shawn), John "Danny" (Lisa) and Michael (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Caleb, Johnny, Jesse and Justin; his parent Emma; his siblings, Mary Ann Zahorchak, Margie Tunder (Joe) and Thomas Zahorchak (Cheryl); and his stepsibling Joanne Ketter. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
